We're a program of the Land of Sky Regional Council, a local government organization in western North Carolina. We buy hotspots and service plans from Mission Telecom, a nonprofit reseller of T-Mobile cellular internet plans. We then pass those savings onto you! All money after cost is used to fund the program and provide affordable internet to the folks of western North Carolina.
